Graduated from a university specializing in the science of teaching, IKIP bandung, I have turned teaching from merely a professional career into a work of art. The art of making the students fall into loving language learning.

I started my career as an English teacher. Having been teaching for more than twenty years, I have learned that students have an abundance of reasons for learning English or Bahasa Indonesia. Each of their unique reasons to learn a language causes me to explore more teaching methods to meet their need. This exploration is endless in accordance with the uniqueness of each learner.

Personal approach in language teaching and learning is the key to successful outcome. Therefore, a class cannot have too many participants otherwise the goal will not be met. Private classes provide far more opportunities for the learners to practice, while a group makes it possible for the participants to have peer practice. Both types of classes have the advantages and disadvantages. I have taught various kinds of programs such as conversational English, business English, conversational business English, bahasa Indonesia for expatriates, and exam preparation courses such as TOEFL PBT & iBT and IELTS. All of them have enriched my experience.
